Lightning Clash is a swordmage power - hit one creature, then have lightning hit a second creature. You use a dagger or light blade as your implement for your bardic powers. You have a wand for your warlock powers (or you can use it without it, and have the exact same mechanical effect - i.e. no estra bonus). This is statted at -8 as per my normal campaigns.
