Dice Rolling Thread

Until Invisible Castle is fixed, use this thread for your dice rolling. You can make any and all rolls you need to. Just please include a reference to the date and time of your main post in your die roll post please.

Got the idea from another forum I'm on that also prefers IC but uses a Forumotion RPG Forum template like we do.

How exactly does one perform a dice roll on here?

Simple.

1. Look down below the box where you are typing a reply. You'll see two or three black bars with a little "+" symbol on the rightmost end.

2. Click the "+" symbol of the topmost bar and it should reveal the dice roller.

3. The dice roller will have a drop down menu for the size of the die (d2 through d20), and a box in which you can tell it how many of said dice to roll. Behind that box is another "+" symbol. Use it to add additional separate dice rolls.

4. hit the "send" button to post.

5. your rolls will appear in the post after yours as thought Liv's Admin had posted.

I will now demonstrate.

The member 'Gideon Shaw' has done the following action : Dice roll

#1 'd8' : 4, 8

--------------------------------

#2 'd20' : 10

As you can see above I rolled 2d8 and 1d20 and it gave the result of each roll. So, if you want to roll 3 separate d20 rolls for "JIC" just tell it to roll d20 3 times. If you're rolling multiple d6s for damage, for example, you could add a second line of rolls for that.
